We are a sofa factory, here to bring more comfort to our customer’s life. Our factory makes a wide selection of modern sofas, with nearly every style you could ever want. We have large U-shaped sectionals, small L-shaped sectionals,  sofa sets 321, chesterfield sofa, recliner sofas, sofa beds, and lounge chairs. It’s all here in our huge catalog.

Among them, large U-shaped sectionals with led lights and multifunctionality are our main products, which are a part of smart home furniture.

Our main export markets are Europe, North America, Australia, etc.

Please send us your detailed requirements, such as model number, quantity, material, colors, and delivery time. Then we will send you a quotation. After all detail confirmed, we will send an official proforma invoice to you to arrange 30% down payment. Once receive the down payment, we will start production. Shipment will be arranged once received balance. For more details can check how to buy pages.

Quality is our first thing to consider. Each production process must be checked by our QC team. From wood frame making & grinding, foam cutting & sticking, leather or fabric material selected & sawing, sofa upholstering to packing, all procedures are inspected one by one and all the finished products are taken photos before packing.

Our payment term is 30% deposit, balance should be paid up before delivery.

If for one set, the payment term should be 50% deposit.

We accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) or Payoneer transfer.

We offer excellent after-sales service. Such as

*1-3 years warranty for manufacture defect, including the frame, upholstery & coverings, etc. (Detail see our warranty page)

*Offer 1 sofa cleanser for free for 1X20GP, 2 sofa cleaners for free for 1X40GP.

Our factory is located in Longjiang (A famous furniture town, near Lourve), Foshan city, Guangdong China. It’s about one and a half-hour drive from Guangzhou to our side or about two and a half-hour drive from Shenzhen to our side. Please feel free to visit us.

Office working time: We work 24/7, which means we can be reached at any time.

Factory working time: From Monday to Saturday  8:00am-12:00am,  2:00-6:00pm

For the sofas, we can make the following material of it:

  • Italian top grain leather (genuine leather) + PVC
  • Chinese top grain leather (genuine leather) + PVC
  • Bonded leather (Imitation leather) + PVC
  • Full Italian top grain leather
  • Full Chinese top grain leather
  • Fabric (Cotton and linen fabric, Velvet fabric, Technology Cloth)

For the armchairs, we can make the following material of it:

  •  B Grade leather (NAPPA)
  •  A Grade leather (Chinese top grain leather) + PVC
  •  Microfiber leather

  •  Cotton and linen fabric, Polyester fabric & Mercerized velvet

Our sofa standard is human direct contact part will be top-grain genuine leather, others will be PVC. All our prices which quote are according to this standard.

Yes, we accept the customization for the sofa, including sofa main color and trim color, logo, packing, size and design.

If customized logo, packing, and design, the minimum quantity should be 20 sets or 2X40HQ.

Armchair at present does not accept custom size.

Sofa & armchair minimum quantity can be one set.

If one set or quantity is less than one container, we do not suggest direct ship by LCL. Due to it’s easy to damage when delivery, even outside is packed by wooden. We can deliver it to your other supplier’s side to loading container with other furniture, such as dining tables, chairs, beds, kitchen cabinets and so on.

For the sofa, standard packing will be below:

  1. Inner is wrapped by shockproof packaging EPE;
  2. The middle is strong K=K corrugated carton & strong corner protectors;
  3. Outside is packed by good woven bag;
  4. Desiccants placed in the sofa or container in order to prevent moisture;

* Unstandard packing (Need extra charge):

Packed by wooden or custom packing. Detail see photos.

For armchair, standard packing will be below:

Inner is wrapped by shockproof packaging EPE; Then knock down packing by carton.

For the sofa, LCL delivery time is about 20 days; 1X40HQ is about 20-30 days after receiving 30% down payment. (Can be negotiated)

For sofa bed, If just sofa bed, LCL or 1X40HQ is about 20-25 days.

If mix with sofa, LCL is about 20-25 days; 1X40HQ is about 20-30 days after receiving 30% down payment. (Can be negotiated)

For Lounge chair, LCL or 1X20GP or 1X40HQ all about 30 days after receiving 30% down payment, unless it has items in stock.

We suggest avoiding the peak season to place order. Peak season will be before Christmas October to November, and after Chinese New Year from February to March.

The new model sample will have a sofa opening mold cost, which is around USD1100 (should be confirmed with us again). Plus the sofa unit price is the total new model sample cost. And it takes about 25-30 days for production. If we meet peak season, like before Christmas, and before or after Chinese New Year, more time will probably be needed.

In order to better support our customer’s furniture business, if this new model quantity achieves 20 sets of it at one time or orders 2X40 feet containers of it, this opening mold cost USD1100 can be reduced for you. For more details please check our sample pages.

The direction of the chaise is facing the sofa, the chaise is on the left side, meaning it’s the left chaise. The chaise is on the right side, meaning the right chaise. See photo.

Yes, of course. The sofa we can offer fire-proof material to meet for UK market. At present, we have two ways to label on it. One is label on sofa bottom, one is hangtag on each sofa side. See photos.

Sofa & sofa bed it depends on which kind of model you choose. Normally 40 feet container can load about 11-13 sets of large sectional sofas. Lounge chair loading quantity please check product details.

Yes, of course. Sofa outside packing will have a photo outside to be MARKS, and easy to clarity which model sofa.

* Vacuum clean your upholstered sofas and chairs Regularly

* Hire a professional upholstery cleaner to deep clean your upholstered sofas and chairs once a year

Shipment FAQ

Yes, we can arrange international shipment if needed. Normally we will quote CIF price to the customer. And the sea freight should be subject to the month of shipment.

We will arrange shipment from Shenzhen or Guangzhou port. The most port we use is Shenzhen. Because it’s more convenient and save time, and can be direct to ship on board, do not need to transshipment.
