How to work with us?
Below is the procedure to place a new sofa sample order.
First, offer us sofa photos. If you have detailed sizes, it would be best sent to us together. If you do not have any sizes, don’t worry, our team will help you out. They will according to the style of sofa you offer & their rich experience to customize this sofa sizes.
Then confirm the leather or fabric material, we will quote prices to you. The new model sample price will have a sofa opening mold cost, which is around USD1100 (should be confirmed with us again). Plus the sofa unit price is the total new model sample cost. And it takes about 25-30 days for production. If we meet peak season, like before Christmas, near or after Chinese New Year, more time will probably needed.
In order to better support our customer’s furniture business, if this new model sofa order 20 sets of it at one time or order 2X40 feet containers of it, this opening mold cost USD1100 can be reduced for you.
After confirming the price & received the full payment of the sample, we will start to arrange production.
In the beginning, the sofa model will be a 1:1 scale to draw on the mold paper. Nonstandard shape sofa will be spending more time on it. After ensuring sizes without any mistake, we will arrange a wood frame department, foam department, cutting & sewing department detail mold for production.
Each department detail mold will be different. We will have a specific place to put them, and all mark model numbers to avoid any mistake.
All department sofa workers according to the sofa mold to arrange the production. After production, our QC team will check all the sofa details so that we can confirm with customers.
The Things You Need To Pay Attention To For New Sofa Samples
- The sample we are according to customer’s sofa photos to make almost can make the same as photos. But not exclude some details will be different from the photos one. Mainly is customers do not offer enough detail photos or not explain to us the sofa details before production.
- The photos design which customer sends, If involves any copyright infringement, we are not responsible for it, we just help customers produce sofas & chairs.
- For leather or fabric colors, there will be a little chromatic aberration between the photos and the real one. If necessary, contact us to send a color sample before placing a large quantity order.
- If the customer is not satisfied and needs a big change after we are done with the work, we will try our best to revise it, and remake a new sample for final confirmation before large production. Your satisfaction is what we care.
